35 Years of
Merry Berdal has been with us for the past 35 year. Staff and
students celebrated her years with the Frederic Schools by
decorating the lunchrooms and dinner at Tesora. We will certainly
miss seeing her after 35 years of service!
STEP Program and
Every year our 5th graders participate in the Student Tools for
Emergency Planning program taught by Paula Moore. It is designed to
teach students how to prepare for various emergencies. This
school year we had a 5th grade student, Angela Connelly, credit the
knowledge that she learned from STEP program and she received an
award from the STEP Organization. Paula Moore also received an
award. We could not be more proud!
Nature Hike Around Coon
The second and third grades spent a beautiful morning on a
nature hike around Coon Lake. The students saw a toad, a cluster of
armyworms, animal tracks, flowers, wood ticks, and more!
Elementary Track and
It was a beautiful day for the Elementary Track and Field Day. A
lot of sunshine, smiles, and good sportsmanship all around!
Last fall, first graders planted flowers. Here is the only tulip
left that the first graders planted.
Middle school students planted flowers throughout the community
on May 20th. What a great way to collaborate, help the community,
and get our hands dirty!
