AODA:
The mission of the Alcohol and Other Drug Awareness organization
is to promote awareness, help students make responsible choices, and to
teach students information and skills necessary to achieve and maintain
a drug or alcohol-free lifestyle. Students that join this organization
work together to plan Red Ribbon Week, the Great American Smokeout, Kick
Butts Day, Post Prom, and other safe and drug free activities.
HS Bell Choir:
FHS currently has 2 handbell choirs. Each group meets once weekly throughout
the year.
The groups perform at concerts, Solo-Ensemble Music Festival and the Mall
of America.

Forensics:
Is a student organization designed to provide training and development
to help improve students' abilities in public speaking and in the interpretation
of literature. This extracurricular is a fun approach to public speaking
where through competition students can advance from Sub-District, to District,
and even to State competition in Madison, WI.
High School Concert Choir:
This is a performing group open to all high school students that enjoy
singing and performing. The group performs publicly four times a year:
Fall Choral Concert, Holiday Season, Fine Arts Concert in the Spring and
Graduation. The group also participates in the WSMA Large Group Festival
in the Spring.
Show Choir:
A 16-18 auditioned group of singers and dancers that perform at school
and civic functions in the area and at district and state solo and ensemble
festivals. Music performed covers all styles. Rehearsals are most Monday
evenings from 6:30 -8:00 or during noon hours.
Student Council:
The purpose of this organization is to develop attitudes of, and opportunities
for leadership, good citizenship, and community involvement. The Student
Council works to improve school morale, assists in school activities,
and promotes the general welfare of the school and community. The Student
Council annually is responsible for a number of school activities including;
Winter Week, Blood Drive, Softball Tournament, Mix It Up Day, and other
fun events.
