Network Folders, Yearbook, Card Catalog and Other Random Thoughts...

  • To get to the Yearbook folder, go to My Computer and look for the shortcut/mapped drive, click on it, then click on Yearbook. Finally, double click on the correct grade level folder.
  • Getting card catalog (and Read Naturally!) on your computer is an easy thing to do these days! Click on the Application Explorer icon on your desktop (you must be logged into your computer). Look for the Frederic icon (it's a tree!) and click on it. Click on the ES Users folder and you should see the Spectrum file. Double click on it...it does the rest. Repeat for Read Naturally if you want it too. This only should be done once. The shortcut for Spectrum should then be on your desktop and you are ready to find some great books!
  • Picnik is that great photo editing site I showed you last year. You can crop, get rid of red-eye, resize and more by using this site! Use it to resize those yearbook pictures and get them publishing ready in just a few easy steps!
